Everything you need to know about reserving a court on Padelya — from cancellation rules to changing the time of an existing booking.
Cancellation window (24h)
Most clubs allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the slot. After that, the club's policy decides the refund: typically 50% between 24h and 6h, then 0% inside 6h. The exact rules are shown on the booking page before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.
Refund rules
When you cancel within the eligible window, the refund is processed automatically to the original payment method. It usually clears within 3–5 business days. If you don't see the refund after a week, contact support and we'll trace it with our payment processor.
Payment methods
You can pay with any Visa or Mastercard via Checkout.com. We don't store your card number — Checkout.com handles that under PCI-DSS. Saved cards are tokenized so the next booking is one tap.
Changing or rescheduling
To change the date or time of an existing booking, go to My bookings, open the booking, and tap Reschedule. If the new slot is the same price you won't be charged again. If it's a different price, the difference is refunded or charged automatically.
